In this program you will sample practices to enhance well-being and stress decompression “at work”. We can calm our brain and body by jumpstarting the relaxation response. Practicing these kinds of techniques can help strengthen presence, increase energy levels, reduce tension, and improve focus. With practice, they can fortify and protect us from the impact of daily stresses, diminishing their long-term effects. Following the session, you can use the skills on your own or with the help of an app.
In this 30-minute session, you will apply skills, be helped to decompress, and feel the effect of taking a wellness break during the workday using these mind-body techniques:
