This interactive presentation will address how to find the balance between work and home. The impact of self-talk, setting boundaries, and the importance of self-care will be discussed to help create harmony at home and lessen stress at work.

At the conclusion of this learning activity, (at least 75% of) participants will be able to discuss the importance of identifying self-care as a priority in order to find balance in the different sectors of one’s life.
