Welcome to the Spring into Wellness Challenge.
In this two-week, 10-work-day challenge you will be inspired to take actions focusing on your wellness. Applying wellness practices, you will walk through the phases of healthy behavior change, including finding inspiration, taking action and then reflecting on how it went. Your focus will be on getting in enjoyable movement, eating nourishing and enjoyable food, and practicing self-care and stress management.
