Medicine Grand Rounds

The Department of Medicine Case Reports (DOMCR) journal is an internal journal to allow the clinical members of the Department of Medicine to share interesting cases. This is intended to foster mentorship and academic discussion among faculty, nurse practitioners, physicians’ assistants, fellows, residents and students. The only requirement for submission is that a member of the faculty must be one of the authors.
The DOMCR resides under ‘D” in the Departments tab of the DHMC intranet homepage, with the address http://one.hitchcock.org/intranet/departments/department-of-medicine-case-reports. Reports should be submitted to DOMCaseReports@hitchcock.org.
