Alexandra Woolley is a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and an Instructor in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Geisel School of Medicine. She provides comprehensive women health care across the lifespan, with clinical philosophy rooted in the midwifery principle of "being with women" at every stage of life. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University School of Nursing and is board certified as a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. Her clinical interests include compassionate, patient-centered care with a focus on contraception and IUD insertion with pain management, sexual health, pregnancy and postpartum care, and perimenopause and menopause management.
