She specializes in innovating and customizing evidence-based services to meet urgent healthcare workforce needs. Areas of expertise include: physician coaching for leadership, renewal, and performance; strategic communication; team building for practice excellence; conflict resolution; burnout mitigation and prevention; and self-management for well-being. Dr Dill is a graduate of Brown and Harvard Universities, with post-graduate training in organizational psychology and cognitive-behavior therapy. She was on faculty at Harvard Medical School and a staff psychologist at McLean Hospital earlier in her career, has worked extensively in medicine, and has shared her work through frequent presentations and publications.
