John T. Broderick, Jr. - Senior Director, External Affairs, Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and former Chief Justice, NH Supreme Court
Addressing mental health and well-being in the workplace is an urgent priority. Both John Broderick and Kim LaMontagne have powerful stories to share. Join them as they share their lived experience coupled with strategies, language, and perspectives to help create a 'culture of safety' in the workplace where everyone feels 'safe' speaking openly about mental health without fear of judgment, retribution, or job loss.
At the conclusion of this learning activity, (at least 75% of) participants will be able to discuss the unique perspective of a person with a “lived experience” of mental health challenges including issues in the workplace, stigma, appropriate language, and psychological safety.
