Striving to be the Best YOU at Work and at Home (Part 1)

This presentation will address how to find the balance between work and home. Part one will further explore self-care and discuss the cumulative effect of stress, the importance of recognizing it early, and how to implement interventions.
At the conclusion of this learning activity, (at least 75% of) participants will be able to discuss the importance of incorporating intellectual stimulation and personal relaxation into one’s daily activities.
