In this session, healthcare professionals will learn about steps to take and resources that are available when providing clinical intervention for this vulnerable population who present in a variety of health care settings for individual care and treatment.
Learning Outcome:
At the conclusion of the activity, (at least 75% of) participants will be able to describe the role and response of community-based advocates in their work with and support of survivors of gender-based violence.
