Hello APP Colleagues,
On Monday, June 2, 2025, we welcomed Caroline (Carrie) Weisheit for her talk on Seizures and Seizure Mimics.
Carrie Weisheit, DNP, APRN, AGNP-C, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Vermont in 2019. As a registered nurse at the University of Vermont Medical Center, she gained valuable experience working in neurology, specialty surgery, and briefly on the COVID unit. In May 2024, she completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree at the University of Vermont, as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. That summer, she joined Dartmouth Health as a Neurology APP Fellow, where her clinical interests include epilepsy and cognitive care. In addition to her practice, she is dedicated to advancing neurological care through continuing medical education (CME) course development and quality improvement initiatives.
