Overview: COVID-19 is being described as a global life-quake event. A life-quake is a massive life change that reshapes our lives with aftershocks that can last for years. In this virtual grand rounds presentation, we consider how this life-quake could change both the nursing workforce and healthcare. Strategies will be presented on how nurses can help themselves and their colleagues to rebuild their resilience both during and after COVID-19.
