Striving to be the Best YOU at Work and at Home (Part 2)

This presentation will discuss the ongoing responsibilities nurses face and how to best practice self-care so that they can be their best self at work and on the home-front by embracing daily habits that support healthy relationships.
At the conclusion of this learning activity, as a way to strengthen personal life, (at least 75% of) participants will be able to incorporate at least three healthy habits into a daily routine.
