March 2025 NH AIM/ERASE Maternal Mortality Webinar: Creating a Community-Wide Approach to Perinatal Mental Health

This session will offer two examples of creating a community-wide approach to perinatal mental health. Our AIM implementation team and the NHPQC will briefly share administrative updates, details from the Perinatal Mental Health Conditions (PMHC) Patient Safety Bundle, and relevant data. We'll then hear from NH Dept of Health and Human Service's Home Visiting Program Manager Paula Gyurcsan, M.Ed and Mid-State Health Family Practice Provider Cecilia Disney, MD who will share learnings from their perinatal home visiting work. The speakers will walk through the design and implementation of their community initiatives before opening up a Q&A session with attendees.
