Description:Why Design
Thinking, and Why Does it Matter? Complexity requires a creative
problem-solving mindset to solve problems. Design Thinking has been applied to
systems-level problems to innovative product design to ground solutions to what
benefits people most through empathy and curiosity. Nurses are natural
healthcare designers who are driven to improve patient lives from a place of
compassion and work with far from perfect technologies.

us and learn techniques to apply design thinking principles in everyday
