This session will explore patient perspectives on the successes and shortcomings of maternal health supports and services in New Hampshire. Our AIM implementation team and the NHPQC will briefly share administrative updates, details from the Perinatal Mental Health Conditions (PMHC) Patient Safety Bundle, and relevant data. We will then hear from Sanam Roder-DeWan, MD, DrPH, Associate Professor of Community and Family Medicine at Dartmouth Health, Kailene M. Jones, MPH, Photovoice Community Project Manager and North Country Maternity Network Patient Advocate, and Cheri Bryer, Senior Perinatal Peer Support Coordinator and Educator, NHPQC, who will share learnings from their photovoice work with patients within the maternal healthcare system. The speakers will walk through the implementation and results of their photovoice work to demonstrate examples of patient experiences before opening up a Q&A session with attendees.
